The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance is (NBCEA) Is a regional workforce development alliance composed of industry, business, community, and academic leaders.

The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance (NBCEA) a non-profit 501(c)3 corporations founded in December 2007 by a group of community partners for the purpose of aligning industry, business, education, and government to improve the regional workforce and economic growth. All donations through the NBCEA are tax deductible.

The focus is on continuous workforce improvement and technology consistent with the needs of industry business. NBCEA supports Pearland ISD students.

In partnership with Pearland Independent School District (PISD), the NBCEA offers scholarships through the Pearland ISD in conjunction with San Jacinto College and Alvin Community College.

The program affords PISD high school students the opportunity to graduate with skills matched to employer needs, knowledge to succeed in college, advanced career training and entry into key industries with a lucrative and meaningful career path.
